The bunch I work with are all friendly too, and no one is pulling rank in order to get their way - instead we commonly go to the whiteboard and look for solutions that we all can agree work well to solve a given problem. Hiring process for software developers is tough, but the people you get to work with are generally really clever "think outside the box" types, so you'll find that there are still new things to learn from your peers, even if you already consider yourself an experienced developer. From a software delivery stand-point, the focus on code quality is greater than most development studios I've come across, particularly with the stringent peer review processes, so you can be proud that the code you're pushing out is of a high standard. We get to work on an exceptional range of products with a world renowned brand.
